Got done the same day But was very un professional Wasn’t there when I arrived then had to wait forever just for him to start working on my rim In the make it worse, he’s a Michigan fan🤮🤮

Absolute horrible experience I’ve been to this shop for the same weld at least 3 times I’m not going back got charged an arm and a leg for a weld that has literally caused 3 tire flats within 1 month DO NOT GO HERE this place is a rip off, he constantly blames everything but his weld when I have other shops and professional shops check for the issue and they all point to his weld I have pics videos of it and I’m just over it I hope that $200 was worth losing out on a loyal customer, I’m a business owner myself and all of my customers will know about this shop. At another tire shop trying to alleviate the issue.

Tire Discounters told me my bent rim was completely unrepairable and that I’d have to buy a new one. I called this company anyway to see what they had to say, and they were so confident they could fix it. They even got me in the very next day. The tech had it repaired perfectly in under an hour! Anyone in central Ohio looking to get a rim repair, I highly recommend this company.

Terrible service Prolly worst I’ve dealt with lately. The day before I came. Owner was friendly. Told repair was gonna take 30 mins. Talked me into spending 200 to fix my rim. Never specified he wouldn’t fix my rim thoroughly but accepted my 200. Waited a little beyond an hour to get my rim back. Next day took the rim to get a tire put on it and tire shop said job was not finished that I was still leaking and to take it back to be finished. I brought the rim back to ABOVE THE RIM. And it seem like the owner was more bent on getting more money outta me vs accepting the fact that he didn’t do the job correctly from start. His excuse was he gave me a discount fr smh. I just wanted the job done right never mind the discount Talking over me I dint even try to argue. I just gave him th juice. Won’t be back. Definitely slandering this buisness. Very cocky owner. Yesterday someone pulled the rim out my truck. Today. Was do it yourself day.

I contacted Above The Rim just an hour before their close time and spoke with the Owner. He was friendly and gave me an accurate quote over the phone. Upon arrival, I was greeted immediately and welcomed right into the bay where service began on the spot! The Owner was knowledgeable & honest and his customer service was exceptional! I knew I was in good hands from the start. I had a cracked rim that was causing my tire to lose air pressure. Before I knew it, my tire and rim were off, the rim was being welded and the crack was completely corrected. Other rim shops quoted multiple days to complete the repair and at a much higher price. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the same-day service I received from the guys at ATR. I will certainly bring any future business right to them. 10/10 HIGHLY RECCOMEND. Thanks again!!
